Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (based on logistics tracking records). Late requests will not be accepted.
- Product Condition:
- Unused, uncut, undyed, unprocessed, or modified in any way
- Original packaging intact (including tags, labels, manuals, and accessories)
- Clean, odor-free, and free of stains (must not affect secondary sales)
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products (e.g., custom length, color, or style) and sale items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable unless defective.
Defective Product Returns & Exchanges
- 7-Day Claim Window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective product (e.g., excessive shedding, base damage, or misdescription).
- Required Documentation:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the defect (must show the issue clearly)
- Logistics delivery confirmation screenshot
- Free Shipping & Processing: We cover all round-trip shipping costs for defective products. You may choose a replacement or full refund (refunds will be credited to your original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider).
Non-Defective Returns & Exchanges
- Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/color selection).
- Refund Deductions: Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (if your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted). Only the product's actual purchase price will be refunded.
- Rejection Right: We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee if the product does not meet our eligibility requirements.
Return & Exchange Process

Submit Request: Send an email to info@fysinhair.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request + [Order Number]". Include your full name, contact information, order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting documents (photos/videos for defective products).

Review & Confirmation: We will review your request within 2 business days and email you the approval result, along with the return address and instructions.

Ship Back Product: Package the product as instructed and ship it within 3 business days of receiving the return address. Email us the tracking number for logistics monitoring.

Inspection & Processing: We will inspect the returned product within 3 business days of receipt. For non-defective returns, we will process your refund. For defective returns, we will arrange a replacement or refund as requested.
Important Notes
- You are responsible for the product's safety during transit. Please use a reliable shipping method and package the product securely to avoid damage.
- Non-qualifying returns will be held for 15 days. You may contact us to retrieve the product within this period; unclaimed products will be disposed of at our discretion.
- Do not ship products back without prior approval via info@fysinhair.com, as this may delay or prevent processing.
- This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Fysin Hair official channels (website, authorized stores). For third-party purchases, contact the respective seller.
- Fysin Hair reserves the right to modify this return & exchange policy. Updates will be posted on our official website.
